Our product is DIGITAL, which means we do not deliver anything physical.

When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive a link in your email to download the file to your computer.

Once the download is complete, the product is delivered, and there is no option for return or exchange.

How to make a purchase on the website?

Even though it is a DIGITAL PRODUCT, the purchase process is the same as any other online purchase. First, you browse the website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. To complete your purchase, you need to register on our website with some essential information. These data will be encrypted and secure! After this brief registration, you can choose your preferred payment method. Once your payment is approved by the financial institution, your order will be registered in your Customer Area and can be downloaded from the website. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation with the link to download the files.

How long does it take to access the purchased files?

After your payment is approved, the files will be automatically released!

Payments made through PIX (Brazil only) or credit card may take up to an hour for confirmation by the operator! Some credit card operators may take a little longer to approve online purchases for security reasons. If that's the case, it may take a few extra minutes for your purchase to be approved by the bank.

Payments made through BOLETO may take up to 3 business days to be approved.

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

*Please note that PayPal releases instantly, credit card payments take up to 24 hours, and BOLETO payments take up to 3 business days to clear. The release is done automatically by the website, and there is no need to send payment proof.

Where can I download the files?

The files for download are available through the link sent by email. Attention: We do not send the files as email attachments. They are ONLY available through a DOWNLOAD LINK.

Steps to download:

1. Click on the link to start the download.

2. Unzip the file (all our files are compressed in .ZIP format, and you need to unzip them before use).

3. Once unzipped, you will have all the files within the folder named after the file. 

How do I unzip and view my files?

After downloading:

On the computer - right-click on the .zip file and then click: extract here.

(If this option does not appear, you need to have a program to unzip - for example, 7zip or WinRAR).

On the phone - if the extract option does not appear in the file properties, you will need a specific app to unzip files (for example, RAR).

How long are the purchased files available for download?

You can download your purchased files as many times as you want, as long as you do not exceed the limit of 10 downloads per item. They will remain available through the link sent to your email. However, we recommend saving the files in a secure location after downloading to avoid any issues. If you need to download them again, simply access the link sent to your email or contact us at ballooncriativo@gmail.com, and we will send you the link again.

I log into my account but cannot find my orders.

You will only find your orders if you log in with the same email and password used during the purchase. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.
